Nuit de la Géographie : Circulations
Description:
The researchers of the UMR Development and Societies, together with the actors of the City of Sustainable Development, located in the Tropical Agronomy Garden, are organising an evening on the theme of “Circulations”. Two routes are proposed that will cross the garden, with conferences and debates on the theme of circulations at various points. The two routes will meet at the end for a presentation based on music and languages, followed by a friendly gathering.
Main objectives:
The objective of this evening, part of the “Geonight” event, is to offer a space for reflection and exchange on geographical and development issues. By presenting two distinct routes through the garden, each offering conferences and debates around the theme of “Circulations,” the event aims to explore the connections between space, society, and sustainability. The evening seeks to promote interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers, practitioners, and the public, culminating in a final presentation that highlights the role of music and languages in connecting people.
