L’evento (aperto a docenti, studenti e semplici appassionati) intende proporre una riflessione sul tema del viaggio, sia per quanto riguarda individui o gruppi di individui, sia per quanto riguarda piante e vari aspetti della cultura materiale. Oggetto delle relazioni sarà il Mediterraneo, luogo di mobilità di gruppi, saperi e tecnologie, nonché teatro di sviluppo di fenomeni culturali e di nuove, prospere identità. Sono previsti tre interventi, a cura di Luca Lo Basso (Università di Genova), Claudio Littardi (agronomo) e Alessandro Di Tizio (Gastronomo), due laboratori linguistici sul tema del viaggio nella letteratura, e una cena conclusiva con piatti e vini di vari Paesi europei ed extraeuropei.
The event (open to teachers, students and enthusiasts) intends to propose a reflection on the theme of travel, both with regard to individuals or groups of individuals, and with regard to plants and various aspects of material culture. The subject of the presentations will be the Mediterranean, a place of mobility of groups, knowledge and technologies, as well as a theatre of development of cultural phenomena and new, prosperous identities. Three speeches are planned, curated by Luca Lo Basso (University of Genoa), Claudio Littardi (agronomist) and Alessandro Di Tizio (Gastronomist), two language workshops on the theme of travel in literature, and a final dinner with dishes and wines from various European and non-European countries.
