The event takes place on the Sorrento Peninsula, one of the most touristic regions of Italy. Food plays a very important role in the identity as well as in the economy of the area. The focus of the event is to discuss with students and teachers about the role of food for local sustainable development.

 

Main objectives:

Raising awareness of about 100 high school students (studying catering and hospitality) about their role as future professionals in promoting sustainability in the sector
