Geography Night – Working lessons in the Pine Grove

Description:

Geografski navdušenci se bomo v petek, 5. 4. 2023 odpravili v Borov gozdiček v Novi Gorici. Ukvarjali se bomo z različnimi aktivnostmi. Ugotavljali bomo natančno zemljepisno lego s sistemom GPS. Z uporabo kompasa bomo izpeljali lov na zaklad. Opazovali bomo vreme in z meritvami ugotavljali stanje tamkajšnje vode (mlake) ter opazovali tamkajšnjo biodiverziteto. Med našimi dejavnostmi bo tudi izpeljava čistilne akcije sprehajalne poti Borovega gozdička.

On Friday, 5 April 2023, geography enthusiasts will head to the Pine Forest in Nova Gorica. We will be doing various activities. We will be finding out the exact geographical location using GPS. We will use a compass to carry out a treasure hunt. We will observe the weather, measure the water (the lake) and look at the biodiversity. Among our activities we will also carry out a clean-up of the Pine Grove walking trail.
