Enclaves: Vatican and Lesotho

Short presentation of the event: The purpose of the project is to encourage students to explore and communicate. It will explore the states of the enclave: Lesotho and the Vatican, social and natural elements. They’re going to create a poster in digital form. They will contact Msgr. Dario Paviša, the Vatican’s envoy to the Republic of South Africa. He is from Croatia, so communication will be in Croatian. We’ll make a short video and upload the link so everyone can see it.

Objectives: The main goals are to familiarize the public with the peculiarities of the states of the enclaves: the Vatican and Lesotho. Also in students develop research spirit, encourage communication and develop skills in working with information communication technologies

Najava projekta:

GeoNight 2022 projekt je u kojem sudjeluje naša škola, Gimnazija dr. Ivana Kranjčeva Đurđevac zajedno s profesoricom geografije Mihaelom Lončar i profesoricom hrvatskog jezika Mirelom Kožar i učenicama 4.a i 4.b razreda: Ema Čorba, Ivana Ivanović, Laura Kandučar Valent, Ivana Antoljak, Lea Franković, Nika Hrvoić i Anamarija Troha. Cilj ovog projekta je istražiti države enklave: Vatikan i Lesoto te njihove društvene i prirodne elemente. U video pozivu putem Zoom aplikacije, kontaktirao nas je msgr. Dario Paviša, izaslanik Vatikana u Republici Južnoj Africi. Komunikacija je na hrvatskom jeziku, a glavni cilj je upoznavanje javnosti s posebnostima država enklava: Vatikana i Lesota. Također, ovaj projekt kod učenika razvija istraživački duh, potiče komunikaciju i razvija vještine u radu s informacijsko-komunikacijskom tehnologijom. Video poziv je snimljen te će biti prenijet na službenu stranicu kako bi ga svi mogli vidjeti, uz to učenice će napraviti plakate u digitalnom obliku sa svim zanimljivim informacijama o državama enklavama.
